I had a wonderful experience with Cathryn!
I found her in a local facebook group and decided to message her to help plan a trip to Disneyland that was about 3 weeks out. She replied the same day with a few different hotel options based on my budget, each with detailed information about distance and hotel amenities. She was able to book our stay at the Disneyland Hotel that I paid with Disney Gift cards AND log in to my account, with my permission, to snag several of my most wanted dining reservations. She always emailed me to let me know she logged in and got a dining reservation, it was so nice to not have to worry about this. I booked my own park reservations, but if needed she was also able to do it for me. A few days before our stay she sent over an info packet that was so helpful with character experiences and everything happening in both parks, a breakdown of genie+, how to use the app, a list of all rides and attractions with height requirements and lots of tips all in one place!
There was nothing extra we paid for her services. I absolutely loved working with Cathryn and look forward to taking many more trips with her expertise.

We had such an amazing trip to Disneyland thanks to the help from Cathyrn. From booking our hotel, tickets to the park, and snagging us all of the dining reservations we wanted (including ogas and trader sams which are virtually impossible to get) all we had to do was show up! It took a lot of the stress off of us, and allowed for us to have a relaxing trip with the kids. 10/10 would, and do, recommend her. We will definitely be using her again in the near future.

We used Cathryn for our family vacation!! Cost us NOTHING EXTRA! She was so attentive and even helped when we added a person last minute! Didn’t even hesitate to make it happen. 5 minutes later, hotel and tickets were revised! She put together an awesome travel package with options to fit different budgets, did our dining reservations, all the extras. She even got us a slot in blue bayou!! (The prates of the Caribbean restaurant) last minute! Holy cow! We thoroughly enjoyed every step we took with her on navigating Disney! She was literally a call or text away. She made sure to recommend all the ins and outs to us. We even got to see her while we were there. She’s the sweetest! We will definitely be using her for all of our trips in the future. Cathryn has always been helpful with any questions I had regardless if I booked a trip with her or not. When I finally decided to book a cruise, she was the person I went to because she had always been helpful in the past! Asking her questions was always easier than me looking up the answer. If she didnt have the answer, she would find it for me. The fact that she has already been on the cruise I am going on was beneficial in receiving first hand information. Can’t wait to book another trip with her on the future! Oh and I love the tote I received as a gift from her!!

We’ve done Disney before but never so easy and stress free!! Our Christmas trip was so magical and Cathryn was there every step of the way. Even with questions while we were in the parks. Guided us through using Disability Access for our youngest who is autistic. The first time we didn’t have to stress about long lines and crowds and meltdowns. Cannot recommend enough!!!

We just got back from a week stay at movies in Disney and the experience was so great thanks to constant communication with Cathyrn to help us along the way. Anytime there was something special happening she made us aware of it so we could potentially add to our plans and always made sure to see if we had best deal for our stay. We have now booked a Disneyland vacation and Disney cruise with Cathryn and we won’t ever go back to trying to do things ourselves again. I was planning my families first trip to Universal Studios and stressing out like crazy! Seriously pulling my hair and crying because I wanted to make sure we got into Super Nintendo World and I kept hearing so many horror stories about not having the right tickets or access. I was scouring a FB Mommy page for posts about Universal and she had commented on a moms question and it was like God sent me an angel to take away all this stress. I sent her a message and the rest is history. She planned EVERYTHING, answered all my millions of questions, and was dedicated to helping me fit this into my budget. When our vacation time finally came it was AMAZING! She booked us a great hotel with a trolly that dropped us off right in front of Universal, told us as soon as Early Access became available to purchase, and also did research for accomodations for my ASD son. We had an absolute blast and since Cathryn literally took care of everything we actually got to enjoy our vacation. I can not recommend her enough. Not Your Evil Stepmother Vacation Planner makes me want to go on a vacation all of the time. She gets to know your family and makes recommendations based on what she learns. She makes EVERYTHING so EASY and answers all your questions. She is not pushy and lets you decide what you want. She makes literal dreams come true. I want to recognize the amazing job Not Your Evil stepmothers vacation planner is . She does all the work for you , she listens to your family needs and wants and customizes your trip to the tee . We just got back from our annual birthday trip to Disneyland for my 7 year old . She made it so magical for my daughter she was able to get to experience the so hard to get reservations to the bippi bop boutique. My daughter loved it . Cathryn is amazing . Cathyrn booked our hotel for my family’s recent trip to Ft Worth Texas. WOW! She hit the nail on the head for us! We asked for something that was in between Ft Worth and Dallas with easy access to the interstate system.
She booked us into a Holiday Inn Express with easy on/off access. Now I was at first concerned about the traffic noise but it was barely noticeable! We made it to all the attractions we were interested in within 10 minutes!!!
The hotel was super clean, well maintained with friendly staff.
They had a full breakfast, free wifi, and a business area!!
She really listened to what we needed and booked the perfect hotel/location for us!

“Not your typical Disney vacation” I asked Cathyrn for help with booking a golf trip for some friends and our spouses. She gladly helped us book our trip with rental car accommodations.
After first looking around in Arizona, I settled on lake las Vegas, NV, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a different “Vegas” experience this place was perfect.Lake Las Vegas is about a 35 min drive east of the strip and airport.
We stayed at the Westin which was highly recommended by Cathyrn, and we were so happy. We had a gorgeous view and great amenities. The hotel had a shuttle service that took us to the “village”- a super cute coastal Italian inspired shopping center with delicious gelato and food (I would recommend getting dining reservations). Lake Las Vegas also has catamarans, kayaks, paddle boards and lots of other water activities including some kind of wipe out looking jungle gym on the water.
The guys all loved their golf and the views looked great. The girls checked out the Hoover dam (35 min drive), lake mead, and got massages. 100% recommend for families too, the Westin had yard games and water slide at the pool. Westin also has plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views of the lake.

She planned out Carnival Cruise for 12 people!
I’m talking 6 different rooms, we had one side of the family already booked prior to booking with Cat. But she didn’t mind that some of the party had already made reservations she linked all of the our reservations together even though we had separate rooms payments etc.
she made sure our dining times were all lined up so we could eat together with everyone in our party - made sure any last minute add ins were needed or excursions. On top of all this craziness she would reach out if any specials or upgrades were available through the process, got of the rooms upgraded to a large window view for like $40
All being said we will be booking with her for future trips!

Cathyrn came to my rescue recently! We were given a “free” cruise through a travel company. That free cruise charged us $1000 for taxes and fees which we paid back in January . This was to be our first ever cruise. After paid that “fee” we sat and patiently awaited for the next step in that process which was that company was to call us 75 days out from our chosen sailing date. We never heard from them! I finally called and was informed we were forgotten and oh so sorry and my money was promptly returned. We turned to Cathyrn with a heavy heart. She got right on our request and and booked us a cruise for less money than our “free” cruise! It was to the same location, same duration but the port was a mere 3 hour drive! THANK YOU CATHYRN for rescuing us!!! She took care of everything and guided us through everything! She took all the stress and sad feelings we had about having our first cruise taken away and put the smile and excitement back! She truly works for you in any situation!
